Do bug repellent solar lights supplier's UV lights attract bugs? what about the heat?

We have determined that bugs can see a portion of UV (300-400 nn range). The full UV spectrum (400-10 nm) lies outside the visible spectrum. Its short wavelengths are invisible to humans.

You can see the attraction or positive phototaxis of insects to UV light in the real world. During the day, moths or flies in buildings tend to hover near the windows. That's because flying insects are attracted to the sun's ultraviolet radiation.

LED bulbs emit nominal or no UV light, while incandescent bulbs emit UV light. Flying insects are more attracted to incandescent bulbs and less to LED bulbs, even those with the same brightness and color temperature. This physical attraction to UV light isn't the only attraction, there's also the heat involved in moths attracted to flames, or in this case, light bulbs.
Incandescent light bulbs convert only 10% of their energy into the production of light. The rest - 90% - is dissipated as heat. 80% of the energy of energy-saving lamps is dissipated in the form of heat. In contrast, LED lights emit only a small amount of heat. This is one of the reasons why LEDs are more efficient.
