　　2. The spiral groove on the thimble effectively discharges the gas in the cavity from the mold.

　　Scope of application of spiral groove thimble:

　　1. Suitable for molds with a cavity temperature of 80-200°C;

　　2. Suitable for high-speed ejection and gap ejection molds;

　　3. It is suitable for long maintenance cycle of molds, continuous forming without unmanned operation, and precision forming in mass production.

　　Precautions:

　　Spiral groove thimble is not suitable for use in high-gloss mirror and transparent product molds.
