Tips for finding the spears:
Go west from Diablo 4 Items the dungeon entrance.
Look for glowing quest markers or blue-glinting spearheads.
Listen for Ealda's voice lines to know you're getting close.
Spears appear on the floor or stone altars.

Current Bug: Raising Spears May Be Uncompletable
Unfortunately, despite its immersive setup, Raising Spears appears to be bugged as of Season 9.
Multiple players have reported the following issue:
Upon entering Champion's Demise, the spears do not appear or cannot be interacted with.
Ealda's dialogue will still play, but no progress can be made on the collection step.
We attempted the quest across both the Eternal Realm and Season 9 servers and even tried accessing it on low-level characters and different world tiers, but the spears remained missing or non-interactive. This bug has persisted for several seasons, and despite its simplicity, the quest remains uncompleteable for many.
Is It Still Worth Doing?
Even if bugged, Champion's Demise remains a good spot to farm XP and loot. While the spears might not be obtainable right now, the dungeon is still worth running for character progression. And if Blizzard patches the quest in the future (as many players are hoping), you'll already be familiar with the route.
Summary
1. Complete Consumed by Pride from Ealda
2. Unlock Raising Spears automatically
3. Travel to Champion's Demise
4. Collect 8 Blood-etched Spears (currently bugged)
5. Complete the quest (when fixed)
Final Note
If you're a completionist, this bug may be frustrating. But keep in mind: Diablo 4 has been steadily rolling out patches and quality-of-life updates, especially when quest-related bugs gain traction in the community.
Until then, make the most of the dungeon XP, and keep an eye on upcoming hotfixes or season patch notes that might finally put the spears back in buy Diablo IV gold your hands.
