You may find this a bit strange, but when transplanting vegetable seedlings into the garden, I use Vegetable Planter. It is actually my favorite vegetable garden tool. However, people naturally think that a hand tool with a specific name (such as a bulb planter) will have a very specific job.

I don’t know why one day I picked up a bulb planter instead of my ordinary gardening hand tools. I think I saw it lying in the toolbox and thought I would try it. This is a bit strange to me. After all, as a young bride, my husband always tells me to "use the right tools to get the job done."

This is usually because I try to perform a task with an obviously "wrong" tool. At that time, I didn't know the difference between wrenches, sockets or nutdrivers, let alone how to use them. Therefore, I keep in mind the mantra of using the right tools to do the job.

But despite this, after years of being told to use the right tools for this job, I still mustered up the courage to try bulb planting tools. I am surprised how effective it is. It dug a perfect hole at the perfect depth for transplanting tomato and pepper plants.

Corn Sheller-more than just bulbs
I started planting most of my own vegetable garden seedlings. The shape of the disposable cup I use is exactly the same as the hole made by the bulb planting tool. Even with new cultivation, the soil in the spring garden is moist enough to maintain this "cup" shape.
