KAXITE gaskets and seals are distributors of various PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) materials. Considered to be one of the most commonly used gasket materials in the market today, PTFE Gaskets Wholesale is also the most common thing, and we provide the following solid sheets (original PTFE), thinned, reinforced, and 100% expanded PTFE materials:

Reinforced PTFE with silica filler is resistant to strong acids (except hydrofluoric acid), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam, chlorine, and low temperatures. Comply with FDA regulations.

Reinforced PTFE with glass microsphere filler is resistant to a medium concentration of acids and certain caustic alkalis, hydrocarbons, solvents, water, refrigerants, and cryogenic agents. Comply with FDA regulations. Glass has little effect on most of the electrical properties of PTFE.

Reinforced PTFE with barium sulfate filler is resistant to strong corrosion, moderate acid, chlorine, gas, water, steam, hydrocarbons, and aluminum fluoride comply with FDA regulations.

THE expanded PTFE board is much softer than the ordinary PTFE board and more flexible, so it is easy to fit irregular and rough surfaces. The material is easier to compress and minimizes creep and cold flow. Comply with FDA regulations.

  PTFE membrane (pure solid sheet)

Other PTFE materials can be provided upon request.
