This method of heating and vulcanizing under normal pressure is called pressureless vulcanization. However, some rubber products must be vulcanized under pressure to ensure the characteristics of rubber products. For example, automobile rubber hoses used in automobiles must be vulcanized in an electric vulcanizing tank during production, otherwise the extruded rubber hoses are easy to delaminate or the compounded rubber cannot be well bonded together.
