Before the operation of the car assembly line, first confirm that the belt line equipment, personnel, and items to be conveyed are in a safe and intact state; secondly, check that each moving part is normal and free of foreign matter, check whether all electrical circuits are normal, and only put the belt line into operation when it is normal. Finally, check that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed ±5%.

　　When the belt line is put into operation, the following operations must be carried out:

　　 1. Close the main power switch, and check whether the equipment power is supplied normally and the power indicator is on. After normal, proceed to the next step.

　　 2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. In the normal state: the equipment does not operate, the belt line running indicator is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter displays normally (no fault code display).

　　3. Start each electrical device in turn according to the process flow, and start the next electrical device after the previous electrical device starts normally (the motor or other devices have reached the normal speed and normal state).

　　During the operation of the belt line, it is necessary to comply with the provisions of the article in the design of the conveyed article and the design ability of the belt line. Secondly, pay attention to all kinds of personnel not to touch the moving parts of the belt line, non-professionals are not allowed to touch the electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, during the operation of the belt line, the inverter cannot be disconnected at the rear stage. If it is determined that the maintenance needs, it must be carried out when the inverter operation is stopped, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
