Soaking: immersing it in anti-rust grease, a thick layer of anti-rust grease can be adhered to the surface. The thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature and viscosity of the anti-rust grease. The grease can effectively block the contact between the slewing bearing and the air. Anti-rust effect can be achieved.

Spraying: For large slewing bearings, the immersion method cannot be used for oiling, and the filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa can be used for spraying in a clean air place. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil and thin-layer anti-rust oil, but corresponding fire prevention and labor protection measures should be taken. This method is mostly used in the anti-rust treatment process of large-scale slewing bearings.

Brushing: It is suitable for Pillow Block Units and bearings with special shapes that are not suitable for immersion and spraying. When brushing, pay attention not only to prevent the accumulation of anti-rust oil, but also to prevent leakage.
