2, the security is different. Lithium-ion batteries are easy to explode in high-temperature and high-pressure environments; polymer lithium batteries (gel batteries) use aluminum-plastic film as the outer casing. When organic electrolytes are used inside, even if the liquid is very hot, it will not explode. Smoke, it won't explode.

3, Different shapes. Due to the advantages of natural materials, gel batteries can be very thin, any area, and any shape, because the electrolyte can be solid or colloidal instead of liquid. Lithium-ion batteries, however, use an electrolyte, so a sturdy casing is needed as a secondary package to hold the electrolyte.

4, the manufacturing process is different. The thinner the thickness and volume of the gel battery, the better the production, and the larger the thickness of the lithium battery, the better the production, which makes the lithium battery get more support in the market application. 5. Capacity. It is not easy to increase the capacity of gel batteries, and the relative cost will be higher, and the capacity of lithium batteries will be easily increased (the greater the physical strength, the cheaper the cost), so the cheap and beautiful products are favored by more people.
