Flat Screen Printer Factory chemicals: pretreatment and printing paste

Reactive inks, acidic inks, and dispersion inks require chemicals to bind color molecules to the fibers during the steaming process. In rotation, these chemicals are part of the printing paste. This is not possible in the digital version, because the ink becomes too viscous. Therefore, digital printing requires pre-treatment to apply these chemicals to the fabric in advance.

Combining digital pretreatment with rotary colorants means that you will use excessive amounts of chemicals in mixed printing. This can be solved by removing some of the chemicals in the printing paste, but then the paste may become too liquid to be used on the rotary screen and must be thickened to avoid dripping.

It is possible that the fine-tuning of this printing paste also depends on the fabric and related design. For example, how absorbent is the fabric? Are you printing small flowers or large flowers on a black background? This determines the ratio of digital rotation, and therefore the ratio of pretreatment and bonding chemicals in the paste.

To use an open rotary printer for printing, you must consider a lot of chemicals and resources. A time-consuming process.
