1. The support of the impeller of the integrated crusher requires two main shafts.

The bearing seat of the comprehensive crusher is uneven, or the motor rotor and the crusher rotor are not concentric, which will cause the bearing to be impacted by the extra load, which will cause the bearing to overheat. If the bearings of the integrated crusher are found to be overheated, the machine should be shut down immediately for troubleshooting to avoid early damage to the bearings.

In both cases, the main cause of bearing damage due to overheating is easy to occur. Therefore, it must be used according to use. The book requires regular and quantitative filling of lubricating oil. Generally, lubrication occupies 70%-80% of the bearing space, leaving some space between the bearings, which is more conducive to the lubrication and heat transfer of the bearing, thereby prolonging the life of the bearing.
3. The bearing cover of Gasoline Log Splitter should not be installed too tightly. Too tight the bearing cover will increase friction and accelerate the overheating of the bearing.
