1. Adjust the scraping speed of the screen printer. 2. Adjust the parallelism between the three layers of the screen printing machine guide rail, printing plate and working platform. If the three layers are not parallel, the screen printer can hardly work. Generally, the guide rail or platform is used as the reference for adjustment.
   a. The platform and the guide rail should be parallel. The squeegee plate moves along the guide rail. If they are not parallel, the squeegee will not always contact the platform with a certain pressure, or even a gap. This adjustment has been adjusted before the machine leaves the factory. .

The screen printing plate and the platform should be parallel, otherwise the distance between the screens will be inconsistent, causing inconsistent printing pressure of the squeegee and the deformation of the screen printing plate. 3. Adjust the squeegee of Flat Screen Printing Machine
   ①For the adjustment of the parallelism of the squeegee to the platform, the left and right screw rods can be adjusted separately; the middle shaft with top wires on the left and right can adjust the left and right top wires. In essence, the squeegee can be adjusted to the low position of the squeegee.
   ②The adjustment of the inclination angle of the scraper is generally in the range of 65-85 degrees, which can be selected according to needs.
