The use of drum wood chip machine:

1. Before installing the drum wood chip machine, the use place should be leveled and hardened if possible. In order to place the equipment steadily, the installation direction should be determined according to the actual situation of the site and raw materials.
2. Check the circuit and oil circuit to confirm whether it is connected safely. In future use, always check the tension of each chain, V-belt and transmission mechanism.
3. The blade of the wire stripper is an alloy steel product. After long-term use, if you wear or change the angle, you can loosen the fastening screw of the blade, and the blade can be removed for grinding and adjustment.
4. 
   When the drum wood chip machine is connected to the power supply, connect the 380V three-phase power supply from the distribution box or power distribution cabinet. First, check whether there are debris and branches around the equipment that affect the operation. After turning on the power, first determine the direction of rotation of the paper feed roller, and let the equipment run left and right for 5 minutes, listen carefully and observe whether the equipment is abnormal.
5. In the early stage of trial operation of the drum wood chip machine, several straight materials with a length of about 2-4 meters in the processing range should be selected according to the different models of small, medium and large models. Try to avoid using special hardwood and large diameter and excessively curved raw material testing machines.
6. Hold the material with both hands when feeding, first raise the tail of the material so that the front end presses the feeding roller into the feeding roller, and then when the end of the feeding roller clamps the wood and starts to discharge, you can release your hand. The material receiver should support the wood with both hands and move it toward the discharge direction, especially when the wood is about to be peeled off and completely separated from the discharge roller.
7. When using the drum Log Splitter, first check the operating direction of the main engine and the access system, check whether the control handle of the hydraulic system is flexible, whether the lifting and lowering of the cylinder is synchronized, free, and whether the pressure is normal. The displacement of the manual oil pump and the electric hydraulic oil pump is within the specified range. Open or close the valve in the oil circuit of the equipment as needed.
