Copper enameled wire, also called copper magnet wire, is a film formed by coating a layer of insulating varnish on the insulating layer and drying on the insulating core.

Copper enameled wire, also called copper magnet wire, is a film formed by coating a layer of insulating varnish on the insulating layer and drying on the insulating core. This conductive material is used for small motor windings. The size and mechanical performance test methods of round enameled wire are as follows:

Visual inspection: smooth surface, uniform color, no white paint bumps and lubricants.

Dimensional inspection:

  1. Diameter of enameled wire: standard refer to GB/T6109, test method: micrometer
  2. Conductor diameter: standard refer to GB/T6109, test method: micrometer
  3. Diameter of enameled wire: standard refer to GB/T6109, test method: micrometer
  4. Conductor error value: standard reference GB/T6109

Mechanical behavior:

  1. Elongation: Standard reference GB/T6109, test method: elongation instrument, after stretching

Calculation: (length (length before stretching)/length ratio before stretching;

  1. Twitch: The standard twitches at a speed of 2 meters per second, and the test film has no cracks;
  2. Winding rod: copper wires of different specifications and the corresponding ten-turn inspection film are free from cracks around, and the diameter of copper refers to the requirements of GB/T6109;

4 Thermal shock: Put the round enameled wire winding in the oven (the oven is hung in the middle position) and bake for 0.5 hours, the oven temperature and the enameled wire of the corresponding specification, refer to GB/T6109, and the complete test film has no cracks after drying.
