Hydraulic power head drilling rig. DTH vibration reversal drilling rig. Drilling into rock formations with a combination of vibration and reverse motion. The drilling tool is composed of a drill bit, a vibrator, a shock absorber and a guide cylinder. The exciting force generated by the vibrator causes all drilling tools to move in a cone pendulum motion to break the rock formation. The reverse circulation method of compressed air is used to wash the well, so that the cuttings are discharged out of the well through the catheter and the inner cavity of the drill pipe.
Compressed gas washing rotary disc drilling rig. On the rotary reversal drilling rig, an air compressor is used to replace the mud pump, and compressed air is used to replace the mud to wash the well. The reverse circulation method is generally selected, also known as gas lift reverse circulation. It is suitable for arid areas with large well depths and lack of water, as well as the frozen soil in the cold zone.
