Copper Magnet Wire Has Good Solvent Resistance

Copper magnet wire has excellent thermal stability, mechanical, electrical properties and solvent resistance.

The copper magnet wire widely used in electric welding machines, cutting machines, motors, dry-type transformers, solenoids and other electrical equipment have excellent thermal stability, mechanical, electrical properties and solvent resistance. All products are exported to foreign welding machine and transformer manufacturers.

The CCA wire coated with pure aluminum pole instead of aluminum-magnesium alloy pole is called copper-coated aluminum-magnesium alloy wire (also called high-strength CCA wire). Compared with ordinary CCA wires, it has higher tensile strength and good relative elongation, and has enhanced mechanical properties and applicability, suitable for various types of wires and cables. Disadvantages: The addition of magnesium to the aluminum electrode will cause the conductivity to decrease, so this kind of round enameled wire is not suitable for fields that require high conductivity.
