Injection Mould Technology of BMC Injection Mold

Injection Mould Technology of BMC Injection Mold

Design the mold structure: When designing the mold structure, it is necessary to consider the shrinkage rate, fluidity, extrusion coefficient and other characteristics of the BMC material Injection Mold.

Manufacture of the core type: The production of the core type needs to consider factors such as the positioning, fixing, and cooling of the mold, and at the same time ensure the dimensional accuracy of the core type.

Making the mold shell: In making the mold shell, factors such as the parting surface, cooling, and deflation of the mold need to be considered, and the dimensional accuracy of the mold shell must also be ensured.

Mold debugging: Mold debugging is a very important link in the mold making process. It needs to be adjusted according to the actual production situation to ensure the normal operation of the mold and meet the product quality requirements.

BMC injection molding technology:

Melting: BMC particles or blocks are heated to a molten state, usually using a heating cylinder or an electric furnace for heating.

Pressure injection molding: The molten BMC is injected into the mold and filled with pressure to fill the entire mold cavity.

Cooling: After injection molding, the BMC in the mold needs to be cooled to a solidified state, usually by water cooling or air cooling.

Mold opening and demoulding: After the BMC is cured, the mold is demoulded, and the product is taken out of the mold, usually by means of mechanical arm or automatic mold unloading.

Trimming: After the Automotive Mould product is taken out, it needs to be trimmed to meet the product requirements.
