How the spray bottle works depend on the pressure differential, and how to create the pressure difference is the job of the spray bottle head, which consists of only a few parts, the plastic tube connects the bottom of the reservoir and the nozzle, the trigger will actuate the piston, through the plastic tube from the bottom to the Aspirate liquid on top. There are many types of sprayers, edge booster spray bottles, and square gun trigger sprayers are one of them.
The manufacturing principle of spray bottles is to form a high-pressure system inside the bottle, and the liquid inside the bottle is sprayed in the form of extremely fine water particles with a high-pressure drop. Because these sprayed water particles are very similar in effect and form to natural mist, the bottle is called a spray bottle.
Many household cleaning products come in spray bottles, and the design of the bottles often makes it difficult to reach the last bit of the product. Not only that, the nozzles would clog and the spray mechanism itself would stop working.
The nozzle of the bottle may be clogged: If your spray bottle contains oil or anything that can harden, such as hair spray, you should clean the nozzle regularly. how? Unscrew and remove the cap, place it in hot running water or dip it in vinegar, and use a pin to poke a hole in any blockage in the nozzle itself. If your bottle contains hairspray, soak the nozzle in alcohol. If the blockage is abnormal, unscrew the entire sprayer from the bottle and soak it in the vinegar.
Broken spring: When you pump the piston and it doesn't retract, the cause can be a broken or missing spring, but sometimes the spring just pops in the wrong place. If you can use springs, you can get replacements at any hardware store. If the spring cannot be reached or the piston seal fails, the sprayer will need to be replaced.
Little liquid dispensed: When the seal fails and the trigger works, but the sprayer is delivering little liquid, you can improve the performance of the sprayer by spraying vegetable oil.
Possibly the inner tube is not immersed in the liquid: the plastic tube that connects to the sprayer is designed to extend to the bottom of the bottle, but it often curls and the end sticks out of the liquid in the bottle when the liquid level is low. You can prevent the tube from curling by purchasing a foot of 1/8-inch plastic tube from the hardware store. Cut the existing tube so that there is only an inch left on the sprayer, then push the 1/8-inch tube over it and attach the 1/8-inch metal nut to the other end. The weight keeps the tube submerged even if you tip or turn the bottle over.
