A gasoline engine is a spark-ignited internal combustion engine that uses gasoline as fuel. Gasoline engines generally adopt a reciprocating piston structure, which consists of a body, a crank connecting rod mechanism, a gas distribution system, an oil supply system, a lubrication system, and an ignition system.

The common gasoline powered water pump is a centrifugal pump. The working principle of a centrifugal pump is that when the pump is full of water, the engine drives the impeller to rotate, thereby generating centrifugal force. The water in the impeller channel is thrown to the periphery and flows into the pump casing under the action of centrifugal force, so the central pressure of the impeller decreases. Below the pressure in the inlet pipe, water flows from the suction pool into the impeller under the action of this pressure difference. In this way, the water pump can continuously suck water and supply water continuously.

Gasoline engines are lighter than diesel engines, have lower manufacturing costs, lower noise, and have better low-temperature stability.

There are the following precautions when using water pumps:

Before use, be sure to add the specified engine oil in the crankcase.

It is strictly forbidden to add gasoline when the engine is running.

It is forbidden to place flammable materials near the exhaust port of the muffler.

This machine should be used in a flat place.

Be sure to add enough water to the pump body before use. The temperature of the remaining water in the pump is high and there is a danger of scalding. Please be careful.

Before operating the pump, a filter must be installed at the end of the pump to prevent foreign matter from entering and blocking or damaging the internal components of the pump.

Water pumps are prohibited from sucking muddy water, waste engine oil, alcohol and other substances.

When pumping the water in the good chamber of the biogas pipeline, pay attention to the detection of poisonous gas to prevent the danger of explosion.
