I want to go over a few of the standout additions you’ll want to know about as we get closer to the update.

Player Ghouls – A New Era Begins

One of the most exciting features that Season 20 is bringing is the addition of Player Ghouls. That’s right! You’ll soon have the ability to transform into a ghoul character, adding a whole new level of depth to the game. This is going to change the way we experience Fallout 76, with plenty of new roleplaying opportunities and gameplay mechanics. I can’t wait to try it out myself!

Wendy the Mystery Vendor Are Back

Have you been missing Wendy and the mysterious vendor? Well, good news – they’re coming back with a bang! Wendy holds some of the best plans for apparel, and if she shows up in the Public Test Server (PTS), you’ll want to be ready to grab those awesome designs.

As for the Mystery Vendor, you’ll get a chance to snag rare apparel. I recently did three runs and on my third buy, I got the Responders Fireman Helmet, a rare item that’ll be perfect for your collection. The cool part? It’s going to be easier to acquire these rare apparel pieces now, so you won’t have to trade an arm and a leg for them anymore!

Wrecking Ball – Destroy Your Own Camp Items

One of my favorite upcoming features is the Wrecking Ball, which will be available under the Luck card perk. This is a game-changer! Imagine being able to demolish your own Camp items in a matter of minutes. It’s perfect for those of us who love to rebuild and merge Camps without the hassle. I’ve got a friend who constantly asks me to break down things for him, and I’m sure he’s going to be thrilled when he can do it all himself!

Scrapping Mods for Legendary Modules – Clean Up Your Box

March will also bring a big quality-of-life improvement with the ability to scrap mods for a chance to learn crafting plans for those mods. You can also get Legendary Modules when scrapping Legendary mod boxes, which means you’ll be able to get rid of all the lower-level, useless mods that have been clogging up your stash. Make sure to stock up on cheap Legendary Mods now (about 500–1,000 caps each) and get ready to scrap them once the update drops. This is going to be a huge win for your inventory!

Big Bloom Event – A Fresh Challenge in the Wasteland

Finally, another exciting addition is the Big Bloom Event. This new event will bring a variety of challenges and rewards, including new plans. It’s a great opportunity to gather some fresh loot and enjoy a new experience in the Wasteland. Be sure to check it out when it hits!
