Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is the quieter product among sewage pump products, but due to certain conditions and defects, the noise of pipeline centrifugal pump will increase, and sometimes the noise is even unbearable. The high noise of the Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is also a relatively common situation that users report to us during use. After studying their specific situation, we conducted an investigation and found that it was mainly caused by the following reasons.

1. Pump noise caused by improper installation

In the installation process, we pay attention to the first level, the second stability, and the third stability. Flat refers to level. When installing the water pump, the feet must be kept horizontal (except in special cases) and cannot be tilted. Robustness means that the foundation for installation must be firm and stable, and it cannot be grounded on one side and suspended on the other side. In addition, in order to avoid noise caused by resonance, the bottom of the pipeline centrifugal pump should be equipped with a shock absorber, and the water inlet and outlet should be equipped with expansion joints (soft joints). Why are you doing this? Because the water pump motor has certain noise and slight vibration when it is working, if the anti-vibration pad is not installed, there will be a chain reaction between the water pump and the foundation, and the resonance will strengthen the vibration. If the inlet and outlet are not equipped with expansion joints, the vibration and noise of the motor will be transmitted to the pipeline, and the pipeline is like a resonant cavity, which further strengthens the vibration and noise. At the same time, the pipeline will also emit sound and vibration under the action of water flow resistance and pressure in the pipeline.

2. Noise caused by unbalanced water pump impeller

Some water pumps have been used for a long time, and the sundries in the pump chamber are sucked in during work or other reasons cause the impeller to lose balance. At this time, when the motor is working at a high speed, the load-bearing strength of the motor bearings will be different, resulting in noise. At the same time, the motor shaft will also be affected by the imbalance of the impeller, resulting in noise.

3. Noise caused by bearing damage

Some customers install the water pump outdoors and use it without a cover. Rainwater will be sucked away from the motor fan guard by the fan blades. If it invades the bearing chamber of the back cover of the motor, the bearing will be oxidized and rusted, and the bearing ball will no longer be smooth. , making mechanical noise. If it is installed indoors, this problem generally does not occur, but there will be another situation. If the mechanical seal is damaged and not replaced in time, it can still be used continuously. If there is no water, the mechanical seal will lose its sealing effect, and the pump chamber will be damaged when the pump is working. The internal pressure causes the water in the pump body to be ejected. The water retaining ring on the motor shaft can protect the motor bearings from water in a short time, but if more and more water is sprayed and invades the bearing chamber, the bearings will also be damaged. At this time, the sound of the Sewage Pump Manufacturers pump working may be as loud as a train passing by the rails.
