a4 sublimation paper has its own unique properties, so in order to achieve the ideal perm effect, the optimal temperature, pressure and speed must be strictly controlled. Sublimation transfer paper has three strict process parameters.
- Determination of the temperature of the sublimation transfer paper
When the temperature is too low, you can't perm or perm your hair, and you can ignite the seal. Too high a temperature can tarnish the product, darken the color, and severe fabrics look stiffer. To determine the optimum hot stamping temperature, factors such as pressure, velocity, area, room temperature, etc. must be considered. The hot stamping temperature is generally 180~220. Once the optimal temperature is determined, it must be maintained in a certain state, and the temperature should fluctuate at 2.
- Determination of the pressure of the sublimation transfer paper
The hot stamping pressure is generally 4-6 kg/cm2. If the pressure is too high, the dye-sublimation photo paper cannot stick to the photo paper, thereby reducing the fastness. Excessive pressure will increase the compression deformation of phosphide, resulting in pattern deformation.
When perming complex and uneven products, pay more attention to the uniformity of each pressure point, and the pressure angle of perm and characters should be higher. Otherwise, it is easy to appear partly solid and partly unstable.
- The speed of transfer paper wholesaleis determined by the speed of sublimation transfer paper
It should be determined according to the hot stamping area, and the power of heating temperature should be considered at the same time. Generally speaking, speed, pressure, and finally temperature are determined first.
