Stainless Steel Hose Fittings Exporter introduces the precautions for using rubber hoses:

1.Pressure: Be sure to use the hose within the recommended temperature and pressure range. The hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure. Please cut the hose to a slightly longer length than you need. When applying pressure, please open/close any valve slowly to avoid shock pressure.

2. Fluid: The hose used should be suitable for the fluid being transported.

3. Bending: Please use the hose under the condition of above the minimum bending radius, otherwise it will cause the hose to break and reduce the pressure resistance. When using powders and granules, it may be easily abraded depending on the conditions. Please enlarge the bending radius of the hose as much as possible. Do not use in extreme bending conditions near metal parts (joints), and try to avoid extreme bending near metal parts, which can be avoided by using elbows. Do not move the installed hose at will, especially to avoid stress or bending of the hose joint during the movement.

4. Do not directly touch or close the hose to an open flame. Do not step on the hose with a vehicle, etc.
