(1) First check whether the pressure signals of the two voltage regulators (or pilots) are correct. If the pressure signal tubes are all connected after the working voltage regulator, it is a correct connection.
(2) Press the pressure regulating springs of the two regulators to the tightest rim of the pressure regulating spring of the front regulator (monitoring regulator) to make the pressure of the subsequent stage to the cut-off pressure, and debug the cut-off valve.
(3) Debug the relief valve.
(4) Loosen the pressure regulating spring of the front pressure regulator (monitoring pressure regulator) again to bring the intermediate pressure to about +10% of the set value of the outlet pressure.
(5) After loosening the pressure regulating spring of the pressure regulator (working pressure regulator). Bring the back pressure to the set value of outlet pressure (at this time, the intermediate pressure will rise to equal to the inlet pressure).
