China Nut is a tool buried in the ground or foundation, used to connect the ground or foundation to machinery and equipment. Usually, Q235 steel is used, which is round. Rebar (Q345) has high strength, and it is difficult to machine the thread of the nut. For smooth round anchor bolts, the depth of embedment is usually 25 times the diameter, and then a 90-degree hook with a length of about 120mm is made. If the bolt diameter is large (for example, 45mm) and the embedment depth is too deep, the square plate can be welded to the end of the bolt, that is, a large head is sufficient (but there are certain requirements). The buried depth and the hook are to ensure the friction between the bolt and the foundation, so as to prevent the bolt from being pulled out and damaged. The anchor bolts have the function of fixing the equipment and will not produce strong vibration and impact.
 
  1. The height of the anchor bolts is unqualified
  Cut off the excess part, and then re-machine the thread; when the height of the bolt is low and the difference is less than 15mm, burn it to red with an acetylene flame, and then stretch it.
 
  2. The anchor bolts are loose inside
  When the bolt is loose, the bolt should be knocked back to its original position, and the foundation hole should be shoveled into a shape with a large middle and small end, and then two long and horizontal round steels should be welded to the bolt, and then the pit should be washed with water and Grout and then solidify. Then tighten the bolts.
 
  3. Center deviation of Bolt Factory
  When the bolt diameter is less than 30mm and the center deviation is within 10-30mm, burn the bolt to red with an acetylene flame, bend it with a sledgehammer, and reinforce the welded steel plate to prevent the bolt from returning to its original shape when tightened. When the bolt diameter is greater than 30mm and the deviation is large, the bolt can be cut off, and the steel plate can be welded in the middle of the bolt. If the bolt strength is not enough, two steel plates can be welded on both sides of the bolt for reinforcement. The length of the reinforced steel plate should be 3-4 times the bolt diameter.
