The CCA wire uses pure aluminum wire as the core wire. The main application of this conductor revolves around weight reduction requirements. These applications include high-quality coils, such as voice coils in headphones or portable speakers; high-frequency coaxial applications, such as RF antennas and cable television distribution cables and power lines.
CCA is also used in electrical wiring in buildings. Using a copper/aluminum structure can avoid some of the problems of aluminum wires, but still retains most of the cost advantages.
The following is an introduction to the parameters of the 0.2mm CCA line series products:
Production range: diameter from Φ01.0mm to Φ3.00mm.
Product appearance: uneven copper layer with uniform gloss, good electrical conductivity, bending resistance, good tensile strength, good welding and corrosion performance, high specificity, and can save copper resources.
Main applications: flexible coaxial cables, various audio-visual cables, vehicle single cables, network cables, data transmission cables, etc. Can be used for the above cables: cable conductors, braiding and shielding, single-wire conductors and other conductors.
