basic component
Steam Solenoid Valve consists of two main parts: solenoid valve and solenoid valve.
The Steam Solenoid Valve is a cylindrical coil. The solenoid valve acts as an electromagnetic when the current passes, and the valve acts as a control device to control or guide the flow of fluid by closing, opening, or partially blocking various paths.
Valve body: The main part of the Steam Solenoid Valve, including the port, valve seat, and orifice, allows fluid movement when the solenoid valve is energized or de-energized.
Electromagnetic tube assembly: cylinder, made of stainless steel, sealed and closed at one end. This is the guide channel of the movable plunger, which is moved magnetically. The solenoid coil of the valve is installed on the outside of the closed tube.
Movable plunger: an electromagnetic induction coil made of movable stainless steel, which is attracted by the magnetic field of the electromagnetic coil and slides in the tube.
Plunger spring: This is a return spring that keeps the movable plunger in place when it is energized and returns it to its position when it is de-energized.
Seat gasket: used to close the valve main hole, it is located on the movable plunger.
Electromagnet (electromagnetic coil): An electromagnet composed of copper winding (electromagnetic coil) and yoke (armature) generates magnetic flux when it is energized, which attracts the movable plunger.
Water Rotameter is also our product, welcome to consult and purchase.
